The establishment of CAYE Pacific aims to stimulate collaboration and knowledge sharing among young entrepreneurs across the Pacific region. By providing a platform that facilitates interaction, networking and exchange of ideas, CAYE Pacific enables young entrepreneurs from different countries within the region to collaborate, learn from each other’s experiences and leverage collective strengths. This collaboration has the potential to promote innovation, enhance competitiveness, and create opportunities for regional partnerships that can contribute to the overall economic and social development within the Pacific.
At a whole-of-Commonwealth level, CAYE Pacific aims to build upon 2023 Commonwealth Trade Ministers Meeting commitment to deepen collaboration between all members states, in particular developing countries, least developed countries, small states and small island developing states.
CAYE Pacific will work with the other CAYEs across the Commonwealth to create pathways for young entrepreneurs to access opportunities and collaborate with other entrepreneurs in Africa and Asia, thus broadening their market opportunities and aiding them to leverage, and benefit from, the Commonwealth Advantage.

We recognise that meaningful change requires a systemic approach. As such, CAYE Pacific places a strong emphasis on policy analysis. We analyse the existing frameworks, regulations, and barriers that affect young entrepreneurs within our Commonwealth region. By conducting thorough research and scrutineering, we aim to identify gaps and areas for improvement in entrepreneurship and business-related policies. Our organisation actively engages with governments through members in each nation, providing well-informed recommendations and advocating for policy changes that foster an enabling environment for our youth. Through our policy expertise, we strive to create sustainable and equitable opportunities for young entrepreneurs to thrive.
Conduit Hub for Information and Services to Enhance Skills and Build Capacity

We recognise the importance of continuous learning and skill development for young entrepreneurs. CAYE Pacific serves as a central hub of information, connecting aspiring and established young entrepreneurs with valuable resources, information and services from various organisations. Recognising the importance of collaboration and synergy, we work to actively establish partnerships with non-profit organisations, government agencies, private enterprises and educational institutions. By leveraging these partnerships, we provide our members with access to a diverse range of opportunities, mentorship programmes, funding options, training initiatives and networking platforms. Our aim is to ensure that young entrepreneurs have the necessary tools and support to overcome challenges, develop their ventures and achieve long-term success.
By investing in the growth and development of young entrepreneurs through these means, CAYE Pacific intends to assist our youth in building successful enterprises that contribute to the economic prosperity of the Pacific region.
Delivering a Commonwealth Focus and Global Perspective
